For what is there no the will of Allah?

Abstract

The article is dedicated to actual problems faced by the modern Arabic philology.  Among them there are developments of its various branches and its possible utilitarian use all around the world an in Russia particularly. The author sees the mosturgent task in transforming the banal truth of his profession in information events and training activities. In its main part the paper presents the results of philological reading of some fragments of the Holy Quran which deal with concept of the willof the Almighty.
