Sufi Sheikh Shuja‘ el-Din Veli and his Biography Wilayat-nameh, introduced, translated and commented by Yuriy Averyanov (Final Part)

Abstract

This volume of Pax Islamica is opening by the final part of Yuriy Averyanov's translation of the important monument of Beqtashiyya order Vilayet-nameh by Shuja' ed-Din Veli. Its author, who seemed to have been contemporary of Timur (1370-1405), was a popular representative of Turkish "national religion" considered powerful evliya. The first part of the translation has been published in PI 2(3)/2009.
